Enforcement Guidelines for the Identifiability of Internet Advertisements

Internet advertisements shall be identifiable as such and not mislead consumers

These Guidelines have been formulated pursuant to laws and regulations such as the PRC Advertising Law (the "Advertising Law") and the Measures for the Administration of internet Advertising in order to regulate the oversight and law enforcement work relating to the identifiability of internet advertisements, assist consumers in distinguishing internet advertisements from information that does not constitute advertising and protect the lawful rights and interests of consumers.

为规范互联网广告可识别性相关监管执法工作,帮助消费者辨明互联网广告与非广告信息,保护消费者的合法权益,依据《中华人民共和国广告法》(以下简称《广告法》)《互联网广告管理办法》等法律法规,制定本指南。

I.  The purpose of these Guidelines is to provide guidelines for the conduct of oversight and law enforcement work relating to the identifiability of internet advertisements to market regulators for reference and application in their work in every region.

一、本指南旨在为开展互联网广告可识别性监管执法工作提供指引,供各地市场监管部门在工作中参考适用。
