Lingang Special Area of the Shanghai FTZ elaborates on the general data of the intelligent connected vehicle sector

Applicability: The General Data List applies to data handlers such as enterprises, institutions, associations and organizations registered in the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone and Lingang New Area, engaged in vehicle manufacturing, parts, components and software supply, distribution, after-sales service, travel and related services and conduct, in Lingang New Area, activities relating to the cross-border flow of intelligent connected vehicle sector data, but is not applicable to operators of critical information infrastructure in the intelligent connected vehicle sector (Article 1).

Main contents: The video and image data included on the General Data List shall not include personal information, such as human faces and license plates (Article 3).
