Article 1:     These Provisions have been formulated pursuant to the PRC Anti-monopoly Law in order to specify the filing threshold for concentrations of business operators.

第一条　为了明确经营者集中的申报标准，根据《中华人民共和国反垄断法》，制定本规定。
