Issued: January 4, 2024

Main contents: A personal information handler or recipient registered in Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Zhuhai, Foshan, Huizhou, Dongguan, Zhongshan, Jiangmen or Zhaoqing in Guangdong Province may engage in the cross-boundary flow of personal information (with the exception of personal information which has been notified or publicly announced as being key data by a relevant authority or region) between the Mainland and Hong Kong in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area by means of entering into a Standard Contract for the Cross-boundary Flow of Personal Information in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (Mainland and Hong Kong).(a "Standard Contract").

Where personal information is provided cross-boundary by means of entering into a Standard Contract, the obligations and responsibilities set forth in the Standard Contract shall be performed, including satisfaction of the following conditions:
