Main contents: The score weightings of the regulatory rating module of trust companies are as follows: corporate governance (20%), capital requirements (20%), risk management (20%), act management (30%) and business transformation (10%) (Article 6).
The National Administration of Financial Regulation (NAFR) shall select the 30 trust companies in the entire trust business with the largest paid-in trust amount as at the end of the previous year as the participating institutions in the systemic impact assessment.
