Main contents: Unless otherwise provided, the term of confidentiality of state secrets shall be as follows: not more than 30 years for top secret, not more than 20 years for secret and not more than 10 years for confidential (Article 19).
Where any of the following circumstances applies to a violation of this Law, sanctions shall be administered in accordance with the law depending on the severity of the circumstances; where there is illegal income, such income shall be forfeited; if a criminal offense is constituted, criminal liability shall be pursued in accordance with the law:
