Promulgated: October 16, 2023
Effective: January 1, 2024
Main contents: Where an online service provider provides such services as information publication, instant messaging, etc. to minors, it shall, in accordance with the law, require the minors or their guardians to provide the true identity information of the minors. Where a minor or his or her guardian fails to provide the minor's true identity information, the online service provider may not provide the relevant services to the minor.
