Guidelines are given for informing individuals of automated decision processing of their personal information

Issued: August 16, 2023

Main contents: A personal information handler or algorithm developer shall:

(a)        develop an interface and tools that support human-computer interaction such that a natural person can effectively oversee that the automated decision-making algorithm and its computer programs, while operating, consistently comply with the technical feature requirements and logical feature requirements for algorithm security;
