Article 1:     These Provisions have been formulated pursuant to the PRC Anti-Monopoly Law (the Anti-Monopoly Law) in order to prevent and halt the abuse of dominant market position.

第一条　为了预防和制止滥用市场支配地位行为，根据《中华人民共和国反垄断法》（以下简称反垄断法），制定本规定。
