Effective: July 1, 2023
Main contents: Where a business operator enters into a contract with a consumer using standard terms, it shall bring to the consumer's attention details that are of material interest to him/her such as the quantity and quality of the goods or service, the price or fee, the term and manner of performance, safety precautions, risk warning, after-sales services, civil liability, etc. by means such as separate notification, bolding of lettering, pop-up window or other conspicuous means and provide an explanation thereof at the consumer's request (Article 6).
