Main contents: Business operators are advised to pay particular attention to the concentrations of business operators set forth below and fully assess the anti-monopoly legal risks associated therewith:

(1)        a merger with a business operator with a turnover in mainland China of more than RMB 400 million in the previous fiscal year (note: set in accordance with the current reporting threshold for concentrations of business operators; will subsequently be revised in accordance with revisions made to such reporting threshold);
