Promulgated: June 28, 2023
Effective: July 1, 2023
Main contents: Where a violation of international law or the basic norms of international relations is committed, jeopardizing the sovereignty, security or developmental interests of the People's Republic of China, the People's Republic of China shall have the right to take appropriate countermeasures and restrictive measures.
