The Measures for the Standard Contract for Overseas1 Transfer of Personal Information were implemented on June 1, 2023. These Guidelines are hereby formulated in order to guide and assist personal information handlers in filing Standard Contracts for the Overseas Transfer of Personal Information (a "Standard Contract") for the record in a compliant and orderly manner.

《个人信息出境标准合同办法》自2023年6月1日起施行。为指导和帮助个人信息处理者规范、有序备案个人信息出境标准合同（以下简称标准合同），特制定本指南。
