Foreign institutions may not collect PRC human genetic resources

Promulgated: May 26, 2023

Effective: July 1, 2023

Applicability:   For the purposes of Article 2 of the Regulations for the Administration of Human Genetic Resources, the term "human genetic resource information" includes human genetic, genomic data and other such information generated using human genetic resource materials.
