Applicability: For the purposes of these Provisions, the term "short range ad hoc network information service" means the use of Bluetooth, Wi-Fi or other such information technology to create a network spontaneously over a short range and provide information publication and reception services (Article 2).
Main contents: A short range ad hoc network information service provider shall comply with laws, regulations and relevant state provisions, adopt the necessary security management systems and technical measures, enhance its risk prevention capabilities, deal with illegal information in accordance with the law, guard against and stem the dissemination of undesirable information, keep relevant records and report to the cyberspace administration and other such relevant competent departments.
