Main contents: The submitted registration application form shall briefly describe matters such as the construction of the algorithmic models in the course of data processing. Where personal data or public data are involved, an account of the necessary anonymization, de-identification, etc. of the data shall be given to ensure that restoration of the raw data cannot be accomplished by means of a reversible model or algorithm (Article 5).

A data intellectual property registration certificate is a legal certificate evidencing that the registering entity holds data and exercises rights therein in accordance with the law, and enjoys rights and interests such as processing and use of the same, and deriving benefits therefrom in accordance with laws and regulations.
