Business operators should clearly mark prices and the pricing units/methods.

Article 1: These Provisions have been formulated pursuant to laws and administrative regulations such as the PRC Pricing Law, and the Provisions for Administrative Penalties for Illegal Pricing Acts in order to regulate the clear marking of prices by business operators, prevent and halt price fraud, safeguard market price order and protect the lawful rights and interests of consumers and business operators and the public interest.
第一条 为了规范经营者明码标价行为，预防和制止价格欺诈，维护市场价格秩序，保护消费者、经营者合法权益和社会公共利益，根据《中华人民共和国价格法》《价格违法行为行政处罚规定》等法律、行政法规，制定本规定。
