Main contents: The Bill adds disputes over property rights and interests and disputes over non-property rights and interests to the types of disputes subject to the Civil Procedure Law.
Where a people's court of the People's Republic of China determines after examination that a foreign court judgment violates a basic principle of the laws, or the sovereignty or security of, or the public interest in, the People's Republic of China, it shall rule to deny recognition and enforcement thereof. A court of the People's Republic of China may exercise jurisdiction over a dispute with another appropriate connection to the People's Republic of China.
