Article 1:   From June 1, 2021 (here and hereinafter inclusive), a patent applicant may file a design patent application in hard copy or electronically in accordance with the fourth paragraph of Article 2 of the Patent Law to request partial protection of a product.

第一条 专利申请人自2021年6月1日（含该日，下同）起，可以通过纸件形式或电子形式，依照专利法第二条第四款提交请求保护产品的局部的外观设计专利申请。
