Core elements of regulatory rating of foreign bank branches place more emphasis on compliance

Promulgated: November 30, 2022

Effective: as of date of promulgation

Main contents: The maximum score for the rating of core elements is 100. The weights assigned to the rated elements of risk management, operational control, compliance and asset quality in the total score are 40%, 30%, 20% and 10% respectively (Article 6).
