Draft Amendments to PRC Trademark Law

On January 13, China's National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) issued a Draft Amendment to the PRC Trademark Law  (Draft for Comments) (中华人民共和国商标法修订草案(征求意见稿)). The CNIPA is soliciting public comments on the draft until February 27.
