Anti-unfair competition law draft prohibits improper use of others' commercial data

Issued: November 22, 2022

Main contents: A business operator may not use data, algorithms, technology or platform rules, etc., thereby disrupting the order of fair competition in the market by affecting user choice or otherwise.

For the purposes of the preceding paragraph, the phrase "affecting user choice" includes going counter to users' will or right to choose, increasing the complexity of operations, disrupting use continuity, etc. (Article 15)
