Main contents: The Cyberspace Administration of China has revised the Provisions for the Administrative Law Enforcement Procedures relating to the Administration of Internet Information Content, resulting in the Provisions for the Administrative Law Enforcement Procedures of Cyberspace Administrations (Draft for Comments).
Before opening a case, the cyberspace administration may take measures such as questioning, examination, inspection, forensic analysis and taking of evidentiary materials but may not restrict the personal or property rights of the subject of the preliminary investigation.
