The Measures for the Security Assessment of Overseas (here and hereafter, meaning outside of mainland China) Transfer of Data were implemented on September 1, 2022. These Guidelines have been formulated with a view to guiding and assisting data processors in filing for security assessments of overseas transfers of data in a compliant and orderly manner.

《数据出境安全评估办法》自 2022 年 9 月 1 日起施行。为指导和帮助数据处理者规范、有序申报数据出境安全评估，特制定本指南。
