Shanghai encourages pre-reorganization to avoid bankruptcies

Effective: June 1, 2022

Main contents:        Carried out before the reorganization procedure, pre-reorganization promotes enhanced feasibility of the reorganization and reduces the irreversible risk of entering into bankruptcy liquidation that the enterprise could face due to the failure of the reorganization should it directly enter into such a procedure (Article 1).
