Shanghai Stock Exchange issues rules on corporate science and technology innovation bonds

Issued: May 20, 2022

Effective: as of date issuance

Applicability: For the purposes of these Guidelines, the term "corporate science and technology innovation bonds" (Bonds) means corporate bonds offered by enterprises relevant to science and technology innovation fields or the proceeds of which are mainly used to support the development of science and technology innovation fields (Article 2).
