Content compliance reviews of advertising information pushed by pop-up windows must be conducted.

Main contents: Information push services provided by means of internet pop-up windows shall comply with the following requirements:

(1) they have the manpower commensurate to the scale of the services, improve the regulations for management of the content of the information pushed by means of the pop-up windows, improve the work procedures for information screening, editing, pushing, etc. and ensure that the pushing of information by means of pop-up windows undergoes manual review.
