US-listed Chinese companies face potential delisting

On March 10, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) provisionally identified BeiGene, Yum China, Zai Lab, ACM Research, and HutchMed as issuers subject to auditing requirements under the Holding Foreign Companies Accountable Act (HFCAA).
