Applicability: For the purposes of these Guidelines, the term "intellectual property compliance risk" means the legal liability arising in connection with a non-compliant intellectual property act by an enterprise or its employees resulting in pursuit of criminal liability, economic or reputational loss or other adverse effect (Article 3).
Main contents: The objective of intellectual property compliance risk management by enterprises is the realization of effective identification and management of intellectual property compliance risks (Article 2).
