Cyberspace Administration of China, Provisions for the Administration of the Deep Synthesis of Internet Information Services (Draft for Comments)

Main contents: Where a deep synthesis service provider provides the following deep synthesis services, it shall mark deep synthesized information content in a conspicuous manner so as to effectively bring to the attention of the public that the information content is synthesized:

(1)        where it provides services for text generation or editing that simulates natural persons, such as smart conversation, smart writing, etc., it shall place a conspicuous mark in such a location as the source description of the textual information content;
