Applicability: The term "pre-set application software of a smart mobile terminal" means a software program pre-set by a mobile intelligent terminal producer (a Producer) that exists in the user interface of the main screen or auxiliary screen interface of a smart mobile terminal, is provided to satisfy the user's different application needs and can be used independently (Article 1).
Main contents: A Producer shall ensure that pre-set applications, other than basic function software, can be uninstalled and offer the user various options to safely and conveniently uninstall the same (Article 3).
