Enterprises are encouraged to provide sufficient authorization, human resources and financial resources to the head of the data compliance management department to support the operation of the data compliance management system. Generally, an enterprise's compliance department is established directly by the board of directors and various professional compliance departments, such as the data compliance management department, etc., are established thereunder.
