(Promulgated by the Cyberspace Administration of China, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Public Security, the Ministry of State Security, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Commerce, the People's Bank of China, the State Administration for Market Regulation, the National Radio and Television Administration, the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the National Administration of State Secrets Protection and the State Cryptography Administration on December 28, 2021 and effective as of February 15, 2022.)

Article 1: These Measures have been formulated pursuant to the PRC National Security Law, the PRC Cybersecurity Law, the PRC Data Security Law and the Regulations for Protection of the Security of Critical Information Infrastructure in order to ensure the security of the supply chain for critical information infrastructure, to protect cybersecurity and data security and to safeguard national security.
第一条 为了确保关键信息基础设施供应链安全，保障网络安全和数据安全，维护国家安全，根据《中华人民共和国国家安全法》、《中华人民共和国网络安全法》、《中华人民共和国数据安全法》、《关键信息基础设施安全保护条例》，制定本办法。
