Important auto data requires a security assessment when transferred outside of mainland China

Article 1: These Provisions have been formulated pursuant to laws and administrative regulations such as the PRC Cybersecurity Law and the PRC Data Security Law in order to regulate automotive data processing activities, protect the lawful rights and interests of individuals and organizations, safeguard national security and the public interest and promote the reasonable development and utilization of automotive data.
第一条 为了规范汽车数据处理活动，保护个人、组织的合法权益，维护国家安全和社会公共利益，促进汽车数据合理开发利用，根据《中华人民共和国网络安全法》、《中华人民共和国数据安全法》等法律、行政法规，制定本规定。
