Data processors may not take biometric features as the sole method of authenticating individuals' identities

Main contents: A data processor that conducts the activities set forth below shall, in accordance with relevant state provisions, file for a cybersecurity review:

(1)        it is an internet platform operator that concentrates and has in its possession a large volume of data resources that have a bearing on national security, economic development and/or the public interest and it is effecting a merger, restructuring or division that affects or could affect national security;
