Main contents: A business operator may not abuse data and algorithms, technology, capital advantages or platform rules to eliminate or restrict competition (Article 10).
Where a business operator with a dominant market position uses data and algorithms, technology or platform rules to put up obstacles, thereby placing unreasonable restrictions on other business operators, the same is deemed abuse of dominant market position (Article 22).
