Effective: September 24, 2021
Applicability: For the purposes of these Measures, the term "southbound trading" means the institutional arrangement whereby domestic institutional investors of the bond market (Domestic Investors) can trade bonds that are tradable on the Hong Kong bond market through the mutual access between relevant infrastructure services institutions of mainland China and Hong Kong in terms of bond trading, custody, settlement, etc.
