Main contents: Without the consent of the other business operators, a business operator may not commit the following traffic hijacking acts of inserting links in or forcing a redirection in destination of the network products or services lawfully provided by the other business operators:

(1)       inserting redirecting links in, or embedding links to its own products or services, in the network products or services lawfully provided by the other business operators;
