Main contents: An online medical and health information system shall pass a level three assessment and regular reassessments of its graduated cybersecurity protection. When an online medical and health information system integrates a third-party service application, such third-party service is also required to achieve the relevant security protection level.
Personal information and important data collected and generated in the course of online medical and health services and in the course of operation shall be stored in China.
