Entities and individuals may bear legal liability for failure to enforce or cooperate in the implementation of sanction countering measures

Promulgated: June 10, 2021

Effective: as of date of promulgation

Main contents: Relevant State Council departments may decide to place individuals and organizations directly or indirectly involved in formulating, deciding on and implementing discriminatory restrictive measures on a counter sanction list (Article 4).
