SEEE releases national carbon emissions trading rules and methods
China's new national carbon emissions trading market is set for launch following the release of new details on how trading will work. On June 22, the Shanghai Environment and Energy Exchange (SEEE) published the trading rules for China's national emissions trading scheme (ETS), which is likely to see trading commence imminently.
