Susan MokThree sets of legislation on registration, trading and settlement are released establishing China's carbon trading regime. Regulations are revised emphasizing the public welfare attribute of private education.

Each registered subject may open only one registration account. A registered subject shall apply for opening a registration account in his/her/its own name.
