Clear users' consent is required for processing information by an App

Issued: April 26, 2021

Main contents: Where activities of processing personal information by an App are engaged in, the user shall be informed in clear and understandable language of the rules for processing personal information and, being fully informed, he/she shall express his/her intent clearly and of his/her own free will.

The consent of the user shall be secured by way of a check without a default (Article 6).
