Main contents: The risk exposure of a foreign-invested bank with legal personality to any one single customer or group customer in the same industry of its parent bank group is not subject to the regulatory requirements regarding large risk exposures set forth in the Measures for the Administration of the Large Risk Exposures of Commercial Banks. The exposure of the parent bank group shall be consistent with the exposure provided on the off-site regulatory statistical statement (Article 1).
