Article 1: These Rules are formulated in accordance with the PRC Insurance Law and the PRC Regulations for the Administration of Foreign-invested Insurance Companies (Regulations).

第一条　根据《中华人民共和国保险法》和《中华人民共和国外资保险公司管理条例》（以下简称《条例》），制定本细则。
