Effective: April 18, 2021
Main contents: The definition of a "major shareholder" is revised from "a shareholder that holds at least 25% of the equity of a securities company or is the largest shareholder that holds at least 5% of the aforementioned equity" to "a shareholder that holds at least 5% of the equity of a securities company".
