Shenzhen City, Measures on the Pilot Foreign-Invested Equity Investment Enterprise Project

Part One: General Provisions

Article 1:  These Measures have been formulated pursuant to relevant provisions such as the PRC Foreign Investment Law and the Tentative Measures for the Regulation of Private Investment Funds (Order of the CSRC No.105) in order to thoroughly implement the requirements of documents such as the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and State Council, Opinions on Supporting Shenzhen in Building a Pioneer Demonstration Zone of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics (Zhong Fa [2019] No.32), the State Council, Opinions on Further Duly Carrying Out the Work Associated with the Utilization of Foreign Investment (Guo Fa [2019] No.23), the Implementing Plan for the Comprehensive Reform Pilot Project for Building a Pioneer Demonstration Zone of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in Shenzhen (2020 -2025), further promote a new round of high-level opening of Shenzhen's financial industry to foreign investment, expand the scale of utilization of foreign investment, enhance the quality of utilization of foreign investment and promote and guide the compliant and orderly development of foreign-invested equity investment enterprises in Shenzhen.
