Shenzhen allows PE firms to invest in the A-share market

第一章 总则

 

第一条 为贯彻落实《中共中央、国务院关于支持深圳建设中国特色社会主义先行示范区的意见》（中发〔2019〕32 号）、《国务院关于进一步做好利用外资工作的意见》（国发〔2019〕23 号）、《深圳建设中国特色社会主义先行示范区综合改革试点实施方案（2020—2025 年）》等文件要求，进一步推动本市金融业新一轮高水平对外开放和扩大利用外资规模、提升利用外资质量，促进和引导本市外商投资股权投资企业规范有序发展， 根据《中华人民共和国外商投资法》《私募投资基金监督管理暂行办法》（中国证券监督管理委员会令第 105 号）等有关规定， 制定本办法。
