Effective: February 3, 2021
Applicability: For the purposes of these Provisions, the term "party involved in cross-border litigation" includes foreigners, residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan, mainland Chinese citizens whose place of habitual residence is located abroad or in Hong Kong, Macao or Taiwan as well as enterprises and organizations registered abroad or in Hong Kong, Macao or Taiwan (Article 1).
