Chinese map software company sues U.S. government over securities ban

China's Luokung Technology has sued the United States government over its inclusion on the securities investment blacklist. On Mar. 4, the Nasdaq-listed software company filed its lawsuit in the U.S. District Court in Washington asking the court to declare invalid the company's designation as a "Communist Chinese Military Company" (CCMC).
