CBIRC releases finalized online lending rules

China is tightening rules surrounding how online lending platforms fund their loans. On Feb. 20, the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission (CBIRC) released the Notice on Further Regulating the Internet Loan Business of Commercial Banks (关于进一步规范商业银行互联网贷款业务的通知).
